Our client is a company with Norwegian roots and their headquarters right here in Málaga. They are proud of where they come from and even prouder of what they have built in southern Spain. Their Customer Experience team is growing, and they are looking for a Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join them — someone who shares their values of honesty, warmth, and doing right by the customer.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them get the most out of our client's products and services. You will handle enquiries via phone, email, and live chat — always with professionalism and genuine care. The role is based at their Málaga headquarters, with a hybrid working arrangement available once your initial onboarding period is complete.
This is not a call centre where you read from a script. Our client is a Nordic-founded company, and that means a flat structure, a culture of trust, and real ownership over your work.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver expert, friendly support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot product and service issues, guiding customers clearly and patiently to a resolution
- Handle enquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and account management
- Represent the company's values in every customer interaction — warm, honest, and solutions-focused
- Collaborate with an international team, sharing knowledge and flagging recurring issues
- Meet quality, satisfaction, and response-time targets consistently
What We Are Looking For
Must have:
- Native or near-native Norwegian, both written and spoken — this is essential
- Good English for internal communication with the wider team
- Genuine empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving instincts
- Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced, multicultural environment
