Do you want to build your customer service career in Lisbon? Our client is looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join their international team in Portugal.
Support customers of a leading home appliances brand by handling warranty-related inquiries via phone and email. Enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule while working in a dynamic international environment.

What will you do?
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist customers with appliance warranty renewals
Answer questions related to warranty coverage
Support customers with issues regarding home appliances
Deliver professional and customer-focused service
Ensure accurate handling of customer cases and follow-up when needed
Candidate profile
Native or near-native level of Flemish (C2)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge from a user's perspective
Experience in face-to-face or contact centre customer service is an advantage
Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
Employer offers
Full-time position
Monday to Saturday working schedule (9-18)
