 My client is looking for a Customer Representative for Greece in many languages

Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers.
• Follow communication procedures and policies.
• Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in Norwegian, German, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish or Slovak (both written and verbal)
• Fluency in English for internal communication
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred.

Note: You need to be an EU citizen or have a Full-right permit valid (VISA) to Greece
