About the Role
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will work with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords across some of Dubai's most sought-after communities. You will guide clients through every stage of the property journey while building your own portfolio, network, and long-term career within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to successful property transactions.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate offers and oversee contracts for sales and purchases.
- Manage leads and client communication through the company CRM system.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
- Market properties across leading online portals and digital platforms.
- Stay informed on Dubai's property market, regulations, and industry developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that generates repeat and referral business.
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in real estate, recruitment, automotive, luxury retail, financial services, or another consultative sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Professional presentation and strong client-facing abilities.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Existing client network is advantageous but not essential.
- Valid driving licence.
