Our client is one of the biggest multinationals in Barcelona.
In your day-to-day:
- You will receive incoming calls and mails from B2B partners and provide administrative support.
- You will support and cooperate closely with Logistics in daily operation (monitoring the delivery process, managing exceptions/delays...)
- You will proactively support the Sales team by assisting the account managers and B2B partners/dealers (in preparing offers, quotes, reviewing contracts ...).
- You will ensure lead/e-Enquiry qualification and distribution.
- You will create quotes/pricing.
- You will maintain the CRM updated.
- You will support MM/Business in organizing Channel Partner Trainings and Events (on-site and virtual).
REQUIREMENTS
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (Export Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales assistant...).
- You have experience on working with dealers/partners/distributors.
- You have experience working for non-Spanish markets (for instance, LatAm, Middle East, Europe)
- You have a high level of English , Spanish and Italian. Any other languages will be a plus.
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to build long-term relationships with partners/distributors.
- You're highly autonomous and have great problem-solving skills.
- You're proactive, stable, empathetic and a strong team player.
