DESCRIPTION
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: German speaking Legal Content Reviewer
Salary: €18,500 gross p/a plus meal vouchers of approx 150 EUR p/m net, plus monthly transport allowance plus yearly performance bonuses
Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week Mon-Fri office hrs
Relocation package: support from an external relocation company with sourcing accomodation, plus 2,500 EUR gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside of of Portugal)
Our client is an American, fortune 500 multinational corporation that provides IT services including digital technology, consulting, and operations services. For their operation in Lisbon, We are seeking detail-oriented Legal Content Reviewers to join their back-office team.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing text-based legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification. You will work closely with internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in request handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming legal requests within set turnaround times and quality standards.
- Assess legal claims related to privacy, defamation, fraud, and falsification while adhering to established policies.
- Stay up to date with client policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Utilize multiple digital tools efficiently and independently troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Eagerness to learn and attention to details
- Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
- Interest in Social Media
- Attention to detail
