What will you do?
Assist our players with any issues they might experience or report
Focus on the player and provide the ultimate player experience
Listen to the voice of the players and communicate it further to the appropriate teams
Work with our team to improve our processes
Candidate profile
Fluency in French and a good command of English
Gaming experience - you have played games and you can relate to a player’s concept, community, and mindset
Player empathy and understanding a player’s perspective when tackling their issues
Understanding of Player Support
Desire to help the players as best as possible and to contribute to the team’s success

Role: Back office Gaming Support
Language: French + English
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on- site)
Start Date: 09.09
Scope:
Customer care and non-technical troubleshooting for Google Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, Movies etc. via phone/chat/email.
Monthly Gross Salary: 2500 BGN + performance bonus up to 300 BGN
Welcome Bonus: 3000 BGN. The welcome bonus will be paid in 3 installments, with 1st, 3rd and 6th month
Working Hours: 00:00–00:00, Monday–Sunday -8hours
