REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Polish or Slovakian speaker
- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)
- EU Citizenship or a valid visa to work in Bulgaria
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
