Are you a Dutch native speaker with strong communication skills and an interest in technology?
For our SMA project in Barcelona, we are looking for Technical Support Specialists to join the team starting 15 September 2025.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze and solve issues with a customer-oriented approach
  • Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment
  • What we offer
  • Permanent full-time contract (39 hours/week) with a two-month trial period

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Native Dutch speaker + minimum B2/C1 English
Valid EU passport
NIE number or NIE appointment scheduled
Residency in Barcelona
Interest in technology or electricity
For remote work: stable internet connection with ethernet cable (equipment provided: PC, headset, etc.)
OFFER
Salary structure:
Training (5 weeks): €1,424.76 gross/month
Production: €21,500 gross/year + €3,500 performance bonus divided over 12 months
Paid training under contract
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Location: Barcelona with relocation package
Possibility to work from home after 6 months, depending on performance and agreement with the manager
