Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in English related to Harman sound systems
- Identify and assess customer issues and needs
- Provide accurate and customer-oriented solutions

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Native Dutch speaker with good English skills
Valid EU passport
NIE number or NIE appointment scheduled
Availability to work on-site in Seville
Customer-oriented, problem-solving mindset
OFFER
What we offer
Full-time contract of 4 months (39 hours/week) with a 1-month trial period
Possibility of contract extension after the initial period (stable service)
Salary: €21,900 gross/year in 12 payments (including language bonus)
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00–18:00 (alternate weekends)
Paid training included in the contract (4 weeks, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00)
On-site position in Seville
Relocation package (reimbursement light + financial compensation rent first 3 months)
