Salary: €1,100 gross/month × 14 salaries/year Schedule: 5 days/week (40h), Monday–Sunday, shifts between 7:00–22:00 — emails only Relocation: Package provided (must arrive 10+ days before start if no AFM/AMKA)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service across email, phone, and chat
Research and respond to inquiries accurately & on time
Use internal documentation to resolve issues
Escalate unresolved/priority cases
Document interactions per SOPs
Identify & communicate recurring issues
Meet quality, KPIs, and policy standards
Collaborate with teammates and other departments
Attend training and comply with company policies
