Customer Care Specialist – Portuguese/English Bilingual

 

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Employment Type: Permanent Contract

If you don’t already have Greek tax documents, you’ll need to relocate at least 10 days before your start date so they can be arranged.

 

Schedule

 

Monday to Sunday

 

Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM

 

Customer support via email (no phone support)

 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

 

As a Customer Care Specialist, your role is simple in principle but demanding in practice: help customers quickly, clearly, and professionally.

 

You Will:

 

Respond to customer inquiries via email

 

Solve technical and account-related issues

 

Investigate problems and provide accurate solutions

 

Work closely with your team to improve processes

 

Share feedback and contribute to team initiatives

 

Maintain performance standards and quality metrics

 

This role requires focus, patience, and strong written communication skills. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure and keep the customer’s satisfaction at the center of everything you do.

 

What We’re Looking For

Language Skills

 

Portuguese (B2–C1 level) – written and spoken

 

English (B2–C1 level) – written and spoken

 

Experience & Skills

 

1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support

 

Experience in help desk or IT-related roles is a plus

 

Strong written communication skills

 

Comfortable using PC systems, internet tools, and Microsoft Office

 

Confident working independently and as part of a remote team

 

Adaptable to changing processes and tools

 

Experience handling customer communication via email (and phone, if applicable)

 

Willing to complete a background screening
