Customer Support Specialist – Norwegian Speaking

What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and systems to ensure smooth functionality.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to help users understand and resolve their issues.
- Document technical problems and solutions to improve future service.
- Collaborate with the tech team to escalate complex issues and drive continuous improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software; basic understanding of smart home devices is a plus. Full training will be provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter eager to learn and grow in the evolving tech landscape.
