Purpose of the role:

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities:

Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline.
Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps.
Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures.
Help businesses submit required documentation accurately.
Escalate issues and feedback appropriately.
Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

REQUIREMENTS

C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken).
At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
Familiarity with call center operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
Experience working in teams.
General knowledge of home services industries.

OFFER

Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
Salary 22.785€ gross/year + up to € 2.734€ gross/year in bonus.
