DESCRIPTION
You will work as an advisor, handling incoming calls to address questions, inquiries, and issues from the company's customers. The role is based at a call center in the Glòries area of Barcelona. You will work in a youthful, dynamic environment where you can showcase your customer service skills for a well-known energy company and continue learning on the job.
