Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
€23.876,19 + up to €3.407,56  gross/year in bonus

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, your focus will be on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within small and medium-sized companies. You’ll run outbound campaigns, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team.

This role is all about opening doors. You’ll be the first point of contact, sparking interest in digital advertising solutions and setting up strong opportunities for the sales team to close.

What You’ll Do
Work toward quarterly targets and daily or weekly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Manage a portfolio of SMB prospects and identify high-potential opportunities
Reach out to business owners and marketing decision-makers through calls and emails, including cold outreach
Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, and readiness to invest in advertising
Clearly explain the value of the platform and generate interest ahead of the sales pitch
Collaborate closely with Partner Managers to ensure smooth handovers
Keep accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in Salesforce
Track performance against KPIs such as conversion rates and pipeline growth
Document key insights to support the wider sales process
What We’re Looking For
C2-level Dutch and C1-level English (written and spoken)
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling
Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a phone-based sales role
Experience managing a high volume of accounts and booking qualified meetings
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest Ads) is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
