Dutch-Speaking Account Manager – Sales Ads
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Dutch: €23.876,19 + up to €3.407,56 gross/year in bonus
About the Role
As an Account Manager for Sales Ads Direct, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses advertising on the client’s platform. This role is focused on building strong relationships, retaining clients, and helping them get real value from their advertising investment.
You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where trust, consistency, and results matter. If you’re comfortable managing clients, spotting growth opportunities, and turning insights into action, this role will suit you well.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of SMB clients as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
Understand each client’s goals and challenges, and create tailored advertising strategies
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within your portfolio
Run regular client meetings to review performance and suggest improvements
Meet or exceed targets related to revenue, retention, and client satisfaction
Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and continued investment
Handle client questions and issues quickly and effectively
Keep accurate records in Salesforce, including account activity and forecasts
Adapt to changes in client needs, products, and priorities
What We’re Looking For
C2-level Dutch and C1-level English (written and spoken)
At least 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
Proven ability to build relationships and grow client accounts
Experience creating and presenting digital advertising strategies for SMBs
BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Strong consultative approach with good influencing skills
Experience in customer service or account management environments
Ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a changing environment
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or Pinterest Ads is a plus
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
