Dutch speaking E-commerce Assistant

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece or work from home in Greece

Role: Dutch speaking E-commerce Assistant

Salary: 1300€ gross per month (paid 14x a year) + 200€ p/m accommodation allowance + 100€ p/m transport allowance plus Monthly Performance Bonus up to: up to 15%

Relocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 06:00-23:00

The Company

Our client in Greece is a global leader in customer experience management, providing exceptional support and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. For their multilingual hub in Thessaloniki, we are recruiting for fluent Dutch speakers to join their international e-commerce team. 

The Role

This is a very busy role where you will represent a very well-known e-commerce platform. You will be the first point of customers who can reach out to you via multiple communication channels including phone, email and live chat. Questions to answer or solve can range from order status, product-specific details and invoicing, deliveries as well as complaints This is a versatile role that would suit someone who is keen to help customers and has the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

• Fluent in Dutch
• Good command of English
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Previous customer service experience desired
• Multi tasking skills
• Positive & Flexible attitude

Offer

The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks. Basic salary package including accomodation and transport allowance is 1600€ gross per month + up to 15% monthly performance bonus.
