At United Call Centers (UCC), we partner with global brands to deliver exceptional customer support — and we’re currently hiring for multiple Dutch-language projects across industries like e-commerce, healthcare, technology, and more.

This is a remote freelance position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with international clients from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with questions, issues, and product or service information
  • Represent leading global brands with clarity, empathy, and care
  • Collaborate with an international remote team
REQUIREMENTS
What You’ll Need:
  • Dutch as your mother tongue (spoken and written)
  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy and the ability to work independently
  • A quiet, distraction-free home office and stable internet connection
  • Ability to work as a self-employed contractor (freelance status is required)
