Do you want to gain broad administrative experience while enjoying life under the sun in Málaga? Our client is looking for a Danish-speaking Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across several business ventures.

Join a vibrant office located right by Málaga’s Muelle Uno, surrounded by palm trees and yachts, while working directly with the business owner. This role spans multiple industries, offering variety and a chance to take on leadership responsibilities in the future.

About the company
Our client operates internationally across accounting, real estate, and health innovation, offering tailored services for their clients. With a main office in Malaga, they work across borders to deliver agile and efficient business solutions.

What will you do?

Main tasks:
  • Manage calendars and handle scheduling
  • Oversee email communication and phone calls
  • Optimize administrative workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct information searches and research
  • Assist with invoicing and client onboarding
Other tasks may include: 
  • Marketing and content creation
  • Onboarding and data access meetings with clients
  • Invoicing clients
  • Purchasing for the company or private matters, including booking travel, hotels, etc.
Candidate profile
  • Fluent Danish (Native or close to it) and professional English skills
  • Basic IT skills and comfort with tools like ChatGPT
  • Strong decision-making based on research and analysis
  • Highly structured, organized and independent
  • Able to take initiative and manage multiple task areas
  • Long-term motivation for Malaga and Spain (ideally local in Malaga)
