For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Live Gaming Floor Manager with
English (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
*Support team members by offering regular feedback and personalized guidance to improve
their performance;
*Oversee daily operations of the team while ensuring adherence to internal rules and company guidelines;
*Encourage a strong team spirit through clear communication and consistent team catch-ups;
*Spot areas where employees can grow and collaborate with training staff to meet development goals;
*Take an active part in organizing learning sessions that help achieve both personal and
company objectives;
*Make sure that all activities reflect the company's core values and meet expected standards and results.

Candidate Requirements:
*At least one year of proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role;
*A degree or certification in management or a related field is considered beneficial;
*Background in online gaming or live casino operations will be seen as a strong plus;
*Confident in using computers, especially Office 365 and similar software;
*Excellent command of the English language, with strong writing and speaking abilities;
*Strong leadership presence, with the ability to manage time well and resolve conflicts when needed;
*Willingness and availability to work on a rotating schedule, including both day and night shifts.
