For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – iGaming Studio Manager with
English (day/night shifts).

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage daily operations while providing guidance and direction to the Team Managers;
*Design and roll out improvement strategies to enhance workflow and team efficiency;
*Inspire and coach Team Managers to drive performance and maintain team motivation;
*Organize and lead projects, making sure they meet deadlines and business targets;
*Ensure consistent quality standards are met across all teams and tasks;
*Monitor key metrics and use data insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and aligned operations.

Candidate Requirements:
*A bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant work experience is also considered;
*At least five years of proven leadership experience in a similar management role;
*Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
*Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
*Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams successfully;
*Confident decision-maker, able to act quickly and effectively under pressure;
*Experience in the iGaming or Live Casino field is beneficial but not essential.
