Your role
  • Provide customer service via phone, chat, and email for Danish-speaking customers
  • Ensure a positive brand experience in every customer interaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and solve issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach
  • Investigate and analyze problems or errors
  • In some positions, you may have the opportunity to make additional sales and earn commission
REQUIREMENTS
What we are looking for
  • Excellent Danish language skills and good English (written and spoken)
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and delivering great service
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal
  • Possibility to work 9 months or longer
