Customer Specialist with German (Hybrid/Relocation)

Position Details:

Role: Customer Service Specialist – German Market

Industry: Premium automotive

Location: Madrid

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, shifts within 08:00–20:00

Contract: Permanent, full-time (39 hours/week)

Start Date: ASAP

Remote Option: Possibility for hybrid work after successful training and adaptation period

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer service calls in German, supporting clients with queries related to luxury automotive products

Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

Native or bilingual level of German

Advanced English (minimum B2 level)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail

Training:

Duration: 3 weeks

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

Type: Paid training under contract (language/position bonuses not included during training)

Compensation & Benefits:

Relocation Support:

Up to €200 travel reimbursement for relocation (train/plane ticket required)

€300–€400/month relocation allowance for the first 3 months (gross, included in payroll; proof of housing payment required)

Support from a dedicated Welcome Department to assist with accommodation

Relocation bonuses are available only after completing 3 months of employment.
