Your Role
- Support customers via phone, chat, or email, making sure every interaction is positive.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and offer fast, accurate, and friendly solutions.
- Handle questions about products, services, accounts, or orders.
- Stay up to date with company processes to ensure consistent service.
- Work with other teams when needed to solve more complex issues.
- Log all interactions in the system and follow up when necessary.
- Spot areas for improvement and share ideas to make the customer experience even better.
