Open Position:

Customer Service Advisor: You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries efficiently via email, chat, or phone, ensuring a positive customer experience

Great growth opportunities after a couple of months: Become a Quality Analyst or a Team Lead

What You Can Expect:

Salary: You will start with €1,700 per month plus our client is implementing a bonus system at the moment.

Relocation Support: Flight and accommodation for the first month covered or a €1,000 welcome bonus if you arrange your own travel.

REQUIREMENTS

C1 level minimum in German OR Dutch and English.
