Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Fully Onsite)
Salary: Competitive

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TO DRIVE SUCCESS

Our client is looking for a talented and driven Dutch Sales Account Executive to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, understanding their unique business needs, and providing consultative solutions to address knowledge gaps. You will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with global knowledge experts, ensuring they have the insights needed to excel in their industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their business models and anticipating their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients on projects, analyze data, and develop strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Oversee and maintain the in-house knowledge database, identifying when new experts are required and managing the recruitment process.
  • Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to continually enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize strong networking skills to foster long-term partnerships and grow the client base.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review progress and strategies.
  • Navigate complex compliance and operational procedures, ensuring smooth interactions with clients across different jurisdictions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or account management.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM systems (experience is a plus).
  • High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and creativity in approaching client needs.
  • Previous sales training is preferred.
  • A natural inclination towards delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients and close sales.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
