We are searching for bilingual recruiters or recruiters who speak English fluently as well as one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French.
You should be an ambitious, driven individual who is eager to build a successful career in recruitment. Academic degrees are not a primary consideration; instead, we value sharp thinking, practical skills, and resilience. Since this is a sales-driven role, you should be comfortable making 50-80 calls per day to develop relationships with clients and candidates.

What You'll Do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialize in one specific market, typically focusing on a particular country and industry. Your main responsibilities include:
📞 Cold Calling & Business Development - Proactively reach out to potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships. You'll spend a significant amount of time on the phone daily.
🌍 Market Specialization - Develop expertise in a specific market while occasionally working on roles in different countries, broadening your international experience.
🔍 Full-Cycle Recruitment - Source candidates, guide them through the interview process, and manage client relationships.
📈 Market Growth - Build a strong network of clients and candidates to drive revenue and success in your market.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ Fluency in English AND one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French.
