What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and technical support.
  • Help patients and healthcare professionals navigate advanced healthcare tools.
  • Manage product orders and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking for:

  • Full professional proficiency in German (C2 or above), and fluent English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, or technical support is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in healthcare is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individuals with excellent time management.
  • High level of empathy and patience.

Requirements:

  • Self-employed status (ability to issue invoices).
  • Availability from May 2025.
  • High-speed internet, own laptop/desktop, USB headset, and a quiet, professional workspace.
