German Customer Advisor - Accommodation assistance in Cyprus

As a German Customer Advisor, your primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries via live chat and email, with minimal phone interaction. 

Location

Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus (NOT remote).

Work Schedule

• Rotational Shifts (4 days work, 2 days off):
• Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Night: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Breaks: Flexible schedule (e.g., 3x10 minutes + 30 minutes or 2x30 minutes).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through live chat and email.
• Manage up to 3 live chat conversations simultaneously.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Follow shifts on a rotational basis, including night shifts and public holidays.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English for internal communication.
• A junior profile with minimal work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a polite, professional, and down-to-earth attitude.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Junior profiles preferred (extensive experience not required).

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,500 - with 300 for accommodation total - 1,800 per month.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €250 based on customer satisfaction and activity metrics.
