Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working at the heart of our fast-paced fashion business by being the first point of contact for our customers every day. You will make our customers happy by answering questions about their online orders, our products, our stores & more.

 

WHAT YOU`LL DO

You:

  • communicate effectively with customers via calls, emails, and live chats in dutch, providing support and assistance.
  • actively listen to customers and provide clear and thoughtful responses to ensure their satisfaction.
  • report our customers’ feedback to the relevant department to find solutions and foster loyalty.
  • be an ambassador for the brand and its values in all interactions.

  • demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch (C1)
  • have positive attitude in all interactions, ability to manage time pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • possess computer skills: a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and/or SAP is a plus
  • are flexible for shifts and weekend and able to handle multiple customers or platforms simultaneously.
