Are you a Greek-speaking sales professional with a strong hunter mentality and a passion for developing new business?
Worldwiders Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join a leading international B2B SaaS company in Valencia, Spain. Our client provides cloud-based software solutions that help multinational organizations digitalize and automate critical business processes.
As part of their continued international expansion, they are strengthening their Greek commercial team and looking for someone ready to take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle.
About the role
This is a new-business-focused sales position where you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
You will work in an international B2B environment with a strong focus on prospecting, consultative selling, new-logo acquisition, and closing deals.
What will you do?
- Identify and prospect new customers across the Greek market
- Research, segment, and prioritize target accounts and business opportunities
- Engage key decision-makers within multinational and enterprise organizations
- Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations, and software demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and position relevant SaaS solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline focused on new-logo acquisition
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders when required
- Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D, and other internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and revenue targets
What are we looking for?
- Native/C1 level Greek
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Minimum B1 Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education
- 2–8 years of professional sales experience, ideally within B2B
- A strong hunter mentality and genuine motivation for new business development
- Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented
- Previous SaaS or software sales experience is highly valued
What’s on offer?
- €30,000–€40,000 gross annual base salary, depending on experience
