By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM. The position requires on-site work for the first 9 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Managing and updating HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes;
- Answering incoming employee communications, which will involve assessing caller’s needs;
- Collecting information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;
- Acting as first point of contact for the employees’ HR related requests;
- Collecting, verifying, organizing, compiling, or updating electronically company personnel records and documentation;
- Managing employee benefits enrollment;
- Maintaining schedule and coordinate calendar activities;
- Improving processes and innovate;
- Researching complex employee questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions.
