Your mission
Help traveler and hosts enjoy a smoother experience by providing friendly, reliable support and finding solutions when unexpected issues arise.

What you'll do
Support customers via inbound calls and email
Investigate and resolve customer concerns using available resources
Provide clear, thoughtful responses and personalize prepared templates
Escalate complex cases when needed and help find fair solutions between users
Manage multiple requests while maintaining high service standards

What you bring
Spanish – C1
English – B2
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A customer-first attitude and attention to detail
The ability to stay organised and handle different tasks effectively

Previous customer support experience is welcome, but your communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Working time
8-hours shifts, 24/7, on schedule
