Our Client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including asset management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services. The company is a key player in Portugal, holding majority stakes in several road concessions and expanding its operations internationally.

What you'll do

• Perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (email and phone); 
• Be the point of contact for trucks of min 3.5 tons of weight; 
• Answer directly to drivers, or transport and logistics companies; 
• Clarify questions related to roads from all over the country from your market; 
• Ensure revenue collection; 
• Debt communication; 
• Service sales as applicable; 
• Contribute to the achievement of our client's objectives. 

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C2); 
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 
• Agility in computer skills from the user’s perspective; 
• Ability to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; 
• Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
