We are looking for experienced Account Executives to join a fast-growing B2B growth partner in Amsterdam. This role offers full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with the opportunity to drive business impact and accelerate customer growth.

What will you do?
  • Identify and qualify potential customers to build a strong sales pipeline in Germany.
  • Actively contact prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Conduct consultative sales by uncovering customer pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals.
  • Develop existing accounts, increase revenue, and ensure long-term success in partnership with the Customer Success team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Proactive personality with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and fluent English.
