Compensation
Option 1: €1,068 gross per month + free accommodation in a private room within a shared Lisbon-area apartment.
Option 2: €1,270 gross per month without accommodation.

Join Our Trust and Safety Team
As a Customer Expert in our Trust and Safety team, you will help protect one of the world’s most active gaming communities. You will review user profiles, videos, and text content, investigate reports, and resolve or escalate issues flagged by players or automated systems. Your work keeps the community safe, fair, and enjoyable.

You will help enforce guidelines, remove harmful content, and spot risks before they grow. You will work with a team that values accuracy, quick thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• A real interest in gaming and online safety.

• Candidates must have EU passport OR Portuguese residence card.

Daily Responsibilities

• Review player-reported in-game content to ensure compliance with guidelines.

• Analyze reports, judge severity, and take the right action for each case.

• Collaborate with other teams on sensitive or complex issues.

• Prepare clear reports using both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Identify risks or new features that may create abuse and recommend preventive steps.

Working Hours
40 hours per week.
Eight-hour shifts plus a lunch break.
Rotational schedule, Monday through Sunday, supporting a 24/7 operation.
