Our brand-new client is a leading tobacco company dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to their customers.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with Hungarian to join our dynamic team.

Your Role

• As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to deliver high-quality customer service mainly by inbound calls, live chat, email and social media.
• Primary touchpoint for our customers who want to communicate with us
• Be the front line of our services and one of our greatest strengths.
• Act with professionalism
• Efficiently solve issues to enhance maximum possible customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Hungarian, both written and verbal (C2)
• Good command of English, both written and verbal (B2+)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work both on your own and within a team
• High school education
