What you'll do

• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow across multiple channels – chat, email and phone;
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Provide pre and post-sales support to enhance clients' experience;
• Identify and solve problems, such as technical bugs and ads' delivery issues;
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and pro-actively communicate to clients on progress;
• Pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions;
• Provide vital product insights and feedback from our customers to engineering. 

• EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal;
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Russian (C2);
• Good knowledge of English (minimum C1);
• Computer skills (mandatory basic skills and preferential advanced skills like coding);
• Be emphatic and helpful;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
• Fast learner capacity;
• Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends.
