- Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
- Striving to conclude Luminus contracts and assisting with the digital conclusion of contracts
- Comparing rates between Luminus and other suppliers
- Convincing prospects to become Luminus customers
- Making a Happy Call within 48 hours of signing the contract to verify the details
- Proposing and selling additional Luminus products and services
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Secondary Education
- Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
- Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and motivation to sell
- Strong customer focus and persuasiveness
- Excellent listening skills and self-expression
- Empathy and self-confidence
- Competitive and resilient
- Coachable
OFFER
- Type of contract: Employment contract
- Salary: €1,653 gross per month + up to €135 bonus
- Temporary accommodation provided.
- Performance bonus: Included (details during HR interview)
- Additional benefits: Private health insurance and relocation package
- Working hours: Monday to Friday with varying shifts, no weekend work
- Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours)
- Workplace: remotely from Bulgaria or at the office in Sofia
- 2 days of theoretical training
