DESCRIPTION
Location: Malta
Role: Dutch-speaking Live Casino Dealer
Salary: €13–€21 per hour (including allowances) + monthly bonuses + night shift allowance
Shifts: Rotational 24/7 operation, 40 hrs per week (5 days of 8 hrs). You may work late or night shifts (4 days on, 2 days off).
Relocation support: Your flight to Malta will be booked and paid for, and you’ll receive temporary accommodation on arrival plus full support to find permanent housing.

They specialize in delivering world-class live dealer games such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game-show-inspired titles. With cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art studios, and high-quality streaming, they create a seamless and immersive experience for players worldwide. For their vibrant studio in sunny Malta, they are now looking for Dutch-speaking Online Croupiers.
The Role
As a Live Casino Dealer, you’ll be the friendly face presenting games to Dutch-speaking players, broadcasting live from the studio in Malta.
Similar to a TV host, you will:
- Host live games such as Roulette and Blackjack
- Interact with players via live chat
- Create an engaging and entertaining experience
You’ll spend most of your working day on camera, so confidence and energy are key. No previous experience is required - you’ll receive a fully paid training programme (2–3 weeks) covering both game skills and on-camera presentation. If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable in front of the camera, this role is for you!
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good level of English
- Confident communicator with a positive personality
- Comfortable being on camera
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, including nights
- Customer-focused with a willingness to learn
OFFER
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
You will receive a competitive hourly-based salary with strong earning potential:
- Base salary: €8 per hour (€16,664 gross annually)
- Dutch language allowance: +€5.06 per hour (time spent on tables)
- Performance bonus: up to +€8 per hour (based on quality and accuracy)
- This means you can earn €13–€21 per hour, depending on performance.
Additional earnings and benefits:
- Night shift allowance: +€2 per hour
- Monthly bonuses (performance, team & loyalty)
