Role: Dutch speaking Content Moderator

Salary: 1040 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1298 euro gross p/m

Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from

00:00 to 24:00.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. 

The Role:

As a Content Moderator you will represent a very well known Social Media platform and you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive user experience by swiftly removing inappropriate content and upholding ethical and legal standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, filtering, and managing content to mitigate cybercrime risks and enforce community guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and removing content that violates ethical and legal requirements, such as criminal acts, violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, terrorism, and violence against animals.

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Previous customer service experience desired
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
