We are expanding our customer support team in Sofia to assist a renowned international brand in the healthcare industry. Your mission will be to guide users, answer their questions, and help them enjoy a smooth and supportive experience every day.
As a representative of the brand, you will be the primary contact for customers. Your daily tasks may include:
- Responding to requests and resolving various issues
- Handling complaints and ensuring proper follow-up
- Providing clear and accurate information about products and services
- Communicating through multiple channels, including social platforms
- You’ll rely on active listening and strong communication skills, especially when dealing with delicate or emotional situations. Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio and customer expectations in each category.
REQUIREMENTS
- High level of empathy and emotional awareness
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication abilities
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial
- Good computer literacy and typing skills (MS Office tools)
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative, positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EU passport
OFFER
- Full-time employment with shifts between:
- 11:00–20:00
- 13:00–22:00
- 16:00–01:00 (Monday to Friday)
- 2900 BGN base salary + monthly performance incentives
