German-speaking Customer Service at Canyon in Athens (REMOTE)

German-speaking Customer Representative 

Your main responsibility is to assist Italian or English-speaking customers with their inquiries. Empower your technical skills, gain privileged know-how of the digital market, and enjoy the great weather in Athens!

 

✨ Your responsibilities

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Provide solutions for customers' inquiries 
  • By using the correct methods, provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Perform other tasks related to the position according to the needs of the project 
REQUIREMENTS

❤️ Your Profile

  • You are proficient in German
  • You are proficient in English (B2)
  • You have excellent communication skills, good presentation, and are empathetic
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers personalities
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
