About the Job

We are looking for German-speaking Travel Consultants to support business travelers from around the world. You will play a crucial role in making corporate travel stress-free by handling flight, hotel, and transport bookings, assisting with itinerary changes, and ensuring clients reach their destinations hassle-free.

In this role, you’ll work in an international team, gain expertise in travel management, and provide high-quality customer service to professionals. What is your daily life like?

Assist business travelers with booking flights, hotels, and transportation worldwide ????✈️
Provide real-time solutions for travel disruptions or schedule changes
Ensure smooth and stress-free trips by offering top-quality customer care
Work with modern travel booking tools and corporate clients
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat in German and English
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in managing travel itineraries

This position offers a full training program, so no previous experience in travel consulting is required!

REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) and good English skills
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work in the EU (EU citizenship or valid work permit)
Interest in the travel industry (previous experience is a plus, but not required)
Willingness to work on rotating shifts (Monday – Sunday, 9:00 – 20:00)
