About the Job
As a Customer Care Assistant at Kaizen, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers via phone, live chat, email, and social media, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently. This position is perfect for individuals who are customer-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What is your daily life like?
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers.
  • Assist users with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
  • Provide professional and friendly support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up where necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Interest in sports is a plus!
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office proficiency).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team-player attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
