REQUIREMENTS
What Will You Do?

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop a territory action plan—identifying target companies, key prospects, and tailored messaging strategies.
  • Schedule new meetings and seamlessly hand off qualified leads to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives at potential client companies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly quota for qualified leads.
  • Conduct in-depth research to build and nurture both new and existing accounts.
  • Execute daily outbound calls and emails—connect with decision-makers, build rapport, identify needs, and close sales.
  • Clearly articulate the value of the client’s products, services, and solutions across various industries and business sizes.
  • Lead outbound campaigns from initial ideation through to closing deals.
  • Reconnect with existing customers to upsell new products or expand their current usage.
  • Assist with minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate support teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Norwegian and strong command of English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development—ideally within the IT sector.
  • At least 1 year of experience working on cloud-related projects combined with B2B sales responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, including platforms like Google Cloud.
  • Confident and engaging phone presence with proven success in inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets or quotas.
  • Analytical, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Excellent pipeline management, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience in IT outbound prospecting is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business landscape is a key asset.
