We’re on the lookout for customer-focused Norwegian speakers to join a dynamic team in Riga, Latvia — one of Europe’s hidden gems.
As a Customer Support Agent for a leading global fintech brand, you’ll be the friendly expert Norwegian customers turn to for support, solutions, and a great experience. All from the heart of a vibrant, fast-growing city known for its creative scene and international vibe.
What you will do as a Customer Support Agent:
- Be the friendly voice customers rely on — answering calls and delivering fast, effective solutions.
- Own every interaction: whether it's via phone, email, or chat, you’ll keep things smooth and efficient.
- Collaborate with teammates and connect with other departments to keep things running like clockwork.
- Make every customer feel heard and valued
- Stay sharp and up to speed with regular training
- Attend required trainings.
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian.
- Good English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
Preferred Competencies:
- Optimistic, positive, and self-motivated personality.
- Team player with a service-first mindset and a knack for solving problems with a smile.
- Willingness to work shift hours
- Clear background check with no criminal record
