DESCRIPTION
Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest.
Utilize your language skills and bring your customer-focused mindset, the company will take care of the rest! Part-timers, fresh grads and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Be in contact with vendors and/or customers via chat and email, and occasionally phone
- Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
- Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
- Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
REQUIREMENTS
- Good language skills in Norwegian - you would be confident to use it in your work
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in an international environment
