Salary: Gross basic €1,100/month (14 salaries per year) + performance bonus up to €110/monthWork for a global leader in household products and appliances, specializing in vacuums. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, and providing technical support for customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer calls regarding:
- Sales: Help with product purchases and recommendations.
- Aftersales: Address concerns or issues post-purchase.
- Product Enquiries: Provide detailed information about products.
- Delivery Questions: Resolve delivery-related queries.
- Use multiple internet-based applications and virtual desktop (VDI) tools to provide efficient customer solutions.
- Handle escalations by forwarding unresolved issues to the client.
- Gain hands-on product knowledge in an on-site lab equipped with the company’s products.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Italian (C1+ minimum) and b2 English
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong general computer skills and familiarity with virtual tools.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, operating between 8 AM and 10PM on rotational shifts.
Training & Work Arrangement:
- Training: On-site in Athens with access to product labs for practical knowledge.
- Post-Training: Office based
